How Home Services uses analytics.

KRONATRIX Home Services uses Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how the website is used and to improve its pages, navigation and calls to action. These analytics tools are loaded only after a visitor chooses Allow analytics.

What we measure

Analytics can record page views and selected website interactions such as clicks on the Home Services email link, visibility-review calls to action, the pool-business visibility page and the live proof-site link. PostHog autocapture is also used after consent to help measure website interactions and navigation.

What we do not intentionally send through custom events

The custom events installed on this site are designed to measure website interactions, not the contents of email messages or other user-entered contact information.

Google Analytics settings

The Home Services implementation keeps advertising storage, advertising user-data consent and advertising personalisation disabled. Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals are also disabled in the website configuration.

PostHog settings

PostHog is loaded only after analytics consent. Session recording is disabled, person profiles are limited to identified-only mode, and IP anonymisation is enabled for the PostHog project.

Your choice

Your analytics choice is remembered locally in your browser so the website can respect it on later visits. You can change the choice at any time using the Analytics settings control at the bottom of the website. Choosing Decline keeps analytics storage denied and stops PostHog capture on the current page.

Email links open your own email application. If you choose to send an email, it is sent to homeservices.kronatrix@gmail.com.
